1. Membership Agreement

By joining Go Getter Girls Network, LLC (hereinafter “GGGN”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Membership grants access to GGGN’s events, resources, and networking opportunities. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of GGGN.

2. Fees and Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and assigned to the individual member, not their business or company. Membership must be maintained in the member’s name to remain active. Additionally, lunch or event-related meals are not included in the membership fee and will be charged as a separate fee. These charges will be communicated in advance, and payment must be made prior to the event. Lunch fees are non-transferable, and no credits will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property

The Go Getter Girls Network name, logo, and all associated branding materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Go Getter Girls Network, LLC. The logo is a registered trademark, and its use is strictly prohibited without express written permission. Members and non-members are prohibited from copying, reproducing, altering, or using the logo in any form, including but not limited to print, digital, or social media platforms, without prior authorization.

4. Event Attendance and Cancellation

Members are encouraged to attend events regularly to take full advantage of networking opportunities. Cancellations for events that include a lunch fee must be made at least 4 days prior to the event to receive a refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Lunch fees are non-transferable, and no credits will be issued for future events.

5. Code of Conduct

GGGN is committed to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for all members. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and such actions may result in termination of membership without a refund.

6. Termination of Membership

GGGN reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for violation of these Terms and Conditions, failure to pay fees, or conduct deemed detrimental to the group. Termination does not entitle the member to any refunds of membership or event fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

GGGN is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in any GGGN activities or events.
