As a Managing Director, you’ll be the heart of your chapter, guiding the group and helping other women grow alongside you. With an estimated weekly commitment of 10–15 hours, you’ll play a key part in shaping the culture and success of your local chapter.
We’re looking for positive, committed leaders who can create an inclusive, supportive environment while setting the tone for what’s possible when women show up for each other. You’ll lead by example, and be part of something bigger than yourself. This is a compensated leadership position.

Yes! Managing Directors earn income through membership commissions, local sponsorships, and revenue from ticketed events. How much you earn depends on your level of engagement and chapter growth.
Applicants must be active members of the Go Getter Girls Network. If you’re not yet a member, you can join first, then apply to start your chapter.
Not at all. We’re looking for women who are driven, organized, and passionate about building community. If you’ve ever brought people together, led a project, or supported others in their growth, you’ve already got what it takes!
You’ll never do this alone. We provide training, templates, resources, and ongoing support from our HQ team and community of fellow Managing Directors to set you up for success.
Yes. Many of our Managing Directors are also running businesses or working full-time. With structure, planning, and the tools we provide, it’s absolutely possible to balance both.
